One-O-Four is a fantastic venue in central Chichester for events, meetings and gatherings. We have a range of rooms suitable for small groups and large events, with a total capacity of up to 300 people.
Each room at One-O-Four is kitted out with high end technical equipment ideal for conferences, seminars, team training days and workshops.
Green Room
The Green Room is a beautifully decorated, light and spacious informal area with an unique living wall, comfortable and relaxed seating, plasma screen TV and kitchen area.
It holds 60 people seated lounge-style or 150 standing.

Main Hall
The Main Hall is a large conference style room with a stage, PA system and sound desk.
It holds a maximum of 180 people seated or 250 standing.

A multifunctional space suitable for a wide variety of purposes, including seminars, small groups, and creative/children’s activities.
It includes a small kitchenette with drinks making facilities and a large flat-screen TV. It holds up to 20 people seated in rows or 15 seated around tables
